In 2022, as the industry scrambled for much needed capacity Prism Logistics invested in capacity and in partnership for CPG customers. We began team training on the Stockton campus over the summer of 2022, and are proud of the team for successfully ramping up the new facility, the largest in our network, smoothly, on time and as planned. The space has been an asset for many of our customers and an opportunity to grow in partnership through challenging times.

S. Harlan Road in Lathrop is the crown jewel of Northern California’s leading third party logistics provider (3PL) Prism Logistics. Our Lathrop facility lies just south of the multiple distribution centers of PRISM’s Stockton, CA campus, enabling drivers efficient drayage and deliveries to/from the busy Port of Oakland, throughout the Central Valley and broader SF Bay Area.
Lathrop is PRISM’s largest warehouse logistics operation with more than 750,000 square feet of capacity, nearly a third temperature-controlled, and more than 60 dock doors. Centrally located along Interstate 5 and nearby Interstate 580 + 205 – PRISM’s Lathrop DC is strategically optimal for distribution to the major markets of Northern California (San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and Central Valley) and the west coast.
Lathrop is also connected to the rest of the nation and state through a network of railways – namely the Union Pacific and BNSF Railway.
