Of all the years to sit back and reflect upon, 2020 has got to be the strangest. While it started off seemingly normal, it didn’t take long to see what a challenge this year was going to be.

To all of our customers, employees, families and friends, we say THANK YOU. 

Thank you for your business. Thank you for your continued support. Thank you for showing up every day. Thank you for that little bit of extra grace and understanding in challenging times. Thank you for persevering and working with us to overcome the obstacles placed in our way.

We “Prism” could not have done it — especially this year — without each and every one of you. Without our amazing customers, we would not be here. Without a dedicated team of hard-working individuals, we would not be able to serve our customers and we would not be here. Without the support of family and friends to manage and help with changing work, school and home school environments, it would be tough for all our people to be here.

So we thank you, each and every one of you, for showing up for us throughout 2020. We are profoundly blessed to be able to come to work every day and do what we love with great people. In this essence, this is truly a season of gladness. A season to be profoundly thankful for the many blessings bestowed upon us. We have seen people rise to the occasion time and time again throughout this year and are amazed every day by all of the good we are blessed to see in people. In a year when it seemed little could go right, we saw in people the resolve and the fight to make things better and do good every day.
