We want to especially recognize and thank Mike Mayo, who has capably led PRISM’s operations from our earliest years through 2025. Since 2014, Mike has served as Vice President of Operations and co-owner, helping shape who we are today through steady leadership, deep expertise, and an unwavering commitment to our people and partners.
